Cruising GroundBling is based at Gulf Harbour marina on pier Z-12 next to the Gulf Harbour Yacht Club. This marina is central in the Hauraki Gulf on the southern shores of the Whangaparaoa Peninsula only a short drive from Auckland city "The City of Sails".

The Hauraki Gulf ranks with the best cruising grounds of the world. The Americas Cup was defended here and we are surrounded by beautiful Islands and beaches with many safe anchorages and great fishing.

Island adventures range from Rangitoto Island volcanic crater treks, Waiheke Island wine trails, Tiri Tiri Matangi Island wildlife sanctuary walks, Kawau Island mansion house tours and walks or just row into a deserted bay and have the sandy beach all to yourself
